Is "Democracy" on the ballot in this year's mid-terms?

I could have sworn all that is on the ballot is names of candidates, that voters can choose from to exercise democracy!

Given the fraud in the US elections democracy is not on the ballot. You don't get a choice you get who the machine determines will be elected.
