Voter Fraud

What is " wrong " with asking everyone to provide a picture ID to vote ? We are a smart nation I'm certain that we can come up with a mobil ID machine. There are codes that can be used to identify what kind of ID it is. Only a picture, or driving, an immigrant not yet a citizen but in this country legal, public assistance only ect...

In order to be done without accusing one party of cheating, sadly theres going to have to be a representative from both parties be present when the picture are taken and signed off on. Thats just the way it is now, no use in complaining. I know that there are enough people on both sides who want to volunteer to help with elections that are willing to represent their party. To oppose some type of a solution only makes it look like you want non citizens to vote.

I know that there are poor people without assistance or home bound where the mobil ID can go to their homes. There are county buses who take people to Drs appointments even disabled people. There can be county buses that can take them for other assistance.. Has anyone without an ID ever been to a Drs appointment, grocery store, bought alcohol, cigarettes or gotten a controlled prescription ? If yes, then it means that getting an ID is possible. Yes it will cost states and counties more money but I personally have NO PROBLEM having my tax money going for something like this. ANYTHING to shut the f××× fighting the hell up.

Ask the Republican politician who was asked to show ID. The guy claimed it was against his religion to have ID cards with a photograph (except his attention whoring "I'm special because I have this elected official ID", of course) and had the poll worker fired for daring to ask him to follow the rules that he championed.

Get back to me.

If lawmakers ever do pass sensible voting security laws the power of the democrat party will be broken.

@marke I'm sorry, did you miss the part where the Republican official refused to show his ID when asked at the polling station?

Perhaps a remedial reading comprehension course would benefit you?

@marke Give every eligible voter an ID and register them to vote. Republicans would howl to lose their voter suppression through bogus ID laws.

Refusing to support voter IDs is unwise, political party affiliation notwithstanding.

Let people howl. Make sure every ballot cast has a legitimate ID number that can be registered on a national database for every election to prevent stuffing ballot boxes. illegal voting, double voting, and computer manipulation of vote counts.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@marke So you want every ballot tied to a particular individual, so you can tell how people voted?

We want every legitimate vote counted and no fake ballot counted. To do that there must be some means whereby fake ballots cannot find their way into legitimate counts.

@marke Taking away a secret ballot won't work. Give everyone an ID and a voter registration to stop the voter suppression. Confirm their ID when they vote. Done.

Something tells me that the MAGAts would instantly regret this the moment it was implemented. So, on the one hand I agree we shouldn't do that, but, on the other hand, I'm screaming "DO IT, LOSERS"

Soooo conflicted...
