Voter Fraud

What is " wrong " with asking everyone to provide a picture ID to vote ? We are a smart nation I'm certain that we can come up with a mobil ID machine. There are codes that can be used to identify what kind of ID it is. Only a picture, or driving, an immigrant not yet a citizen but in this country legal, public assistance only ect...

In order to be done without accusing one party of cheating, sadly theres going to have to be a representative from both parties be present when the picture are taken and signed off on. Thats just the way it is now, no use in complaining. I know that there are enough people on both sides who want to volunteer to help with elections that are willing to represent their party. To oppose some type of a solution only makes it look like you want non citizens to vote.

I know that there are poor people without assistance or home bound where the mobil ID can go to their homes. There are county buses who take people to Drs appointments even disabled people. There can be county buses that can take them for other assistance.. Has anyone without an ID ever been to a Drs appointment, grocery store, bought alcohol, cigarettes or gotten a controlled prescription ? If yes, then it means that getting an ID is possible. Yes it will cost states and counties more money but I personally have NO PROBLEM having my tax money going for something like this. ANYTHING to shut the f××× fighting the hell up.

Democrats have depended on voter fraud for so long they will fight like hell to prevent the windows to fraud from being closed.

This case from history has all the bells and whistles of democrat voter fraud and corruption at its 'finest.' There were corruption, murder, payoffs, mobsters, fraud, crooked cops, crooked mayors, crooked politicians, prostitution, bribery, and more.

The Insane 1930s Graft Investigation That Took Down New York's Mayor—and Then Tammany Hall
When FDR found out how beholden New York politicians were to mobsters, he ordered the Seabury commission to investigate.

... prostitution: ... in 1923, he found her in bed with a man who wasn’t her husband. Believing her lover had paid her for sex, the police officer hauled her off to jail. She was imprisoned, convicted, and sentenced to time at an upstate reformatory.

But Vivian Gordon knew there was more to the story. She suspected that her estranged husband, a U.S. marshal, had arranged the arrest in retaliation for their upcoming divorce. And like hundreds of other women caught up in New York’s vicious cycle of “frame-ups,” she couldn’t do anything to fight it.

The cops were in on it. The judges were in on it. Even the lawyers who represented women accused of prostitution and petty crimes were in on it. But what Gordon could never have suspected was that her 1923 arrest would one day take down an entire political machine.

The front page of the New York Daily News on May 25, 1931, regarding the solved murder of Vivian Gordon.

... When she was murdered on February 25, 1931, Gordon unknowingly became part of one of the city’s most famous corruption investigations—and a central figure in a scandal that helped put an end to the dominance of New York’s Democratic political machine.
Tammany Hall, the outgrowth of an 18th-century political society, had ruled New York’s Democratic Party (and the city itself) for over a century. In a time before public welfare, Tammany’s political bosses helped their hangers-on with everything from heating to health care, negotiating with landlords and sometimes paying in exchange for constituents’ votes. Party members provided strength in numbers, voting their candidates into office over and over again.

By the 1930s, Tammany had woven its way into every level of city politics—and it was controlled by the New York Mob. Graft and cronyism ruled many facets of city government, including the judicial system and police department. Elected officials handed out appointments to their friends, providing them with access to bribes and power, and most institutions prioritized helping Democrats who had shown their loyalty to Tammany instead of serving all constituents equally.

Allegations of judges and politicians beholden to gangsters prompted New York’s new governor, Franklin D. Roosevelt, to pursue a serious investigation of corruption in the city in 1930. In response, the New York State Legislature formed the Hofstadter Committee, a joint legislative committee headed by State Senator Samuel Hofstadter. It appointed Samuel Seabury, an anti-Tammany Democrat, prominent lawyer and past judge, as legal counsel.

... The task force suspected that the justice system and the rest of the city’s administration thrived on bribes and power shares that were handed out by Tammany Hall Democrats and which benefited party members. They quickly homed in on “frame-ups,” a practice by which police officers framed innocent women for financial gain.

... Seabury and the commission suspected frame-ups were common. But it would take a murder to illuminate just how unscrupulous the courts had become. The commission was already in full swing in 1931, when Gordon was found strangled to death in a Bronx park. Her death intrigued the public and caught Roosevelt’s eye. He ordered Seabury to look into her murder.

... But the Seabury commission was less interested in Gordon’s prostitution than her 1923 arrest. She had long suspected she was the victim of a frame-up arranged by her ex-husband, John Bischoff. When Gordon was subsequently sentenced to a reformatory, Bischoff had gotten custody of their daughter, Benita. Gordon’s supposedly sordid life was justification enough for judges to repeatedly deny her custody over the years.
When Gordon heard about the Seabury commission, she wrote to both her ex-husband and the cop who had arrested her, telling them she planned to reveal the frame-up. She had even spoken with an attorney about testifying for the commission. Within days of sending the letter, she was murdered.

The Gordon case gave Seabury reason to dig even deeper into frame-ups. Special hearings about Gordon’s earlier arrest revealed that the police officer who had arrested her had received tens of thousands of dollars for his vice work despite a salary of $3,000 a year. They also provided Seabury with leads on the justice system’s connections to mobsters and party bosses.

“It is impossible to estimate how many honest women in this city have been gouged under threat of arrest or conviction of a crime which they were totally innocent;” wrote Seabury, “but enough testimony has been given on this subject to indicate that the business of framing honest women was very well established and lucrative.”

The Downfall of Tammany Hall
Encouraged by Seabury’s work rooting out corruption in the courts, Roosevelt expanded the investigation. Eventually it grew to include investigations into the District Attorney’s office and finally into every department in New York city government. The testimony of 1,000 New Yorkers revealed sheriffs with massive savings, loans to fictitious relatives and a rigged bidding process.

Finally, New York’s Democratic mayor, James J. Walker, found himself in Seabury’s crosshairs. A special investigation into his conduct revealed the existence of a slush fund politicians and businesspeople used to curry his favor and a record of dirty dealings with contractors. “All told,” writes Jonathan Mahler for New York, “the mayor himself had accepted $1 million in bribes.”

Walker stepped down in disgrace and Fiorello LaGuardia, a reform-minded Republican, replaced him. The scandal marked the end a political era. For years, Tammany Hall had put a price on every city service, from permits to political patronage. Now, its inner workings had been revealed.

Democrat voter fraud has more than a hundred years of corruption in elections and continues to this day.

Is 1931 too old for you? I guess the 1850s might also be too old then. How about the 1940s?

24. The legacy of George Parr and Landslide Lyndon
George Parr was the kingpin of a political machine which dominated Duval County, Texas, and a large part of neighboring Jim Wells County, in the early to mid-20th century. In 1932 he was convicted of income tax evasion. After serving less than a year in prison, he waited over a decade before soliciting a presidential pardon from Harry Truman. To overcome opposition, he enlisted the help of young Texas congressman Lyndon Johnson. Johnson in turn sought the assistance of prominent Dallas lawyer Tom Clark when the latter became Truman’s Attorney General in 1945. Parr was pardoned in 1946.

When Johnson ran in a Democratic senate primary election in 1948, a runoff with fellow Democrat Coke Stevenson, the initial returns showed the latter had won. Johnson had previously asked Parr and others of his cohorts to delay the returns from Duval and Jim Wells until it was known how many votes would be needed to overcome Stevenson’s lead. When the returns from Parr’s machine did come in, they were just sufficient to give Johnson the edge.[c=BF0000][sep] Luis Salas, an election judge in Jim Wells County later admitted (1977) that under Parr’s direction he had personally created 202 fraudulent ballots to give Johnson the victory, which led to LBJ eventually becoming President of the United States, forever known as “landslide Lyndon”.[/c]

How many examples must I show to prove that democrats were committing voter fraud in every election, including the 2020 presidential election? If election officials have committed fraud and covered it up then why do leftists claim no fraud was committed? Ignorance of the facts of fraud does not prove fraud did not occur.

They showed obvious use,” she wrote in her Nov. 17 affidavit. “However, one batch stood out. It was pristine. There was a difference in the texture of the paper,” and these mail-in ballots hadn’t been folded even though they ostensibly had been removed from envelopes.
All but three of the 110 ballots in the “State Farm Arena” bundle — which had been labeled “identical ballots” — were marked for Biden.

The identically marked ovals next to Biden’s name were the most “alarming peculiarity.”
“The bubble next to ‘Joseph R. Biden’ had a slight white eclipse in the bubble in every ballot,” she added, leading her to assume the 107 Biden ballots were “copied” from a single ballot.
At the State Farm Arena in Atlanta on election night, Voyles thought that “additional absentee ballots had been added [for Biden] in a fraudulent manner.

@marke You can post as many anecdotes as you wish. These bogus claims have all been rejected by the courts, including many judges appointed by Trump himself. All these claims do is inflame the gullible and willfully ignorant. These votes were counted, recounted, and in most cases recounted again. No fraud has been found, because the 2020 election was the safest in history and reflects the actual votes that were cast in the election.

Reports and evidence of fraud have not been disproven by the courts, the courts just did not want to get involved since most court officials and their friends depend on the corrupted government for their livelihoods. For example, what court has ruled voting machine logs were not illegally removed from democrat-controlled voting machines? Not a single court has ruled that those logs were not illegally removed.

Crucial Logs Missing From Michigan County Dominion Voting Machines: Forensics Report

December 14, 2020 Updated: January 26, 2021
A court-sanctioned forensic audit of voting systems in Michigan’s Antrim County determined that crucial security and ballot-adjudication logs were missing from machines by Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the epicenter of the dispute over whether voter fraud occurred during the 2020 general election.

@marke Well let me put it another way. With a single exception (extending the deadline for counting mail in votes in Pennsylvania by 2 day s), not one of the other 61 lawsuits succeeded. Not one. None that found that the alleged things you have brought up are true, none that found that there were any grounds for overturning election results in any location in the US, none that proved voter fraud. You allege that the courts didn't make these determinations because they were corrupt. Where is your evidence of that? Does that bogus allegation of criminality extend to corrupt judges who were appointed by Trump? Why would they rule against Trump if there was any basis for the lawsuits?

There is no evidence of any significant voter fraud in the 2020 election. There never has been. You can continue posting unproven conspiracy theories from radical right-wing websites and Q rabbitholes, but none of these are based on evidence that has been proven. None.
marke · 70-79, M
@windinhishair Deliberately removing voting logs from a voting machine is a crime. Don't tell me courts have ruled that such crimes are not crimes.

@marke There was no fraud in Antrim County. Your bogus claims have been completely debunked years ago. There has been no finding of a crime. A hand count of paper ballots in Antrim County, Michigan, verified the accuracy of election results for the 2020 election, thereby refuting viral claims from a severely flawed report alleging that Dominion Voting Systems software used in the county was “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

June 2021: Read the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee report debunking false and misleading claims about Dominion systems and Antrim County's election results | Get a DVS Report Summary

This report contributed to the ongoing malicious and widespread disinformation campaign aimed at eroding confidence in results of the 2020 presidential election. Its claims about “massive fraud” were produced by a biased, non-independent organization called Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG). The report was immediately flagged by Michigan’s chief state election official and attorney general as lacking credibility (Dec. 14, 2020) following its release.

FACT CHECK: A Michigan Senate Oversight Committee report concluded, "Events in Antrim County sparked a significant amount of concern about the technology used to count ballots. This concern led to much speculation, assumptions, misinformation, and in some cases, outright [lies] meant to create doubt and confusion. The many hours of testimony before the Committee showed these claims are unjustified and unfair to the people of Antrim County and the state of Michigan. [It] has also been unfair to people across America."
FACT CHECK: An independent state analysis report has thoroughly debunked the flawed ASOG report and demonstrated its clear lack of “credible statistical analysis,” and a general lack of understanding regarding voting systems technology. A Michigan Secretary of State press release adds that the analysis “affirmed there was no credible evidence the Dominion system was deliberately designed to induce errors, and found the Allied Security Operations Group report contained an extraordinary number of false, inaccurate or unsubstantiated statements.” (March 26, 2021)
FACT CHECK: The origin of the ASOG report tracks to founder Russ Ramsland, a Deep State conspiracy theorist who mistook locations in Minnesota for Michigan jurisdictions and falsely claimed in an affidavit that voter turnout in Detroit was 139.29% and turnout in North Muskegon was an eye-popping 781.97%. [In reality, turnout was 50.88% and 78.11%, respectively.]
FACT CHECK: The State of Michigan’s December 2020 audit verified the county’s presidential election results, in which Donald Trump beat Joe Biden by nearly 3,800 votes. A core issue behind the disinformation aimed at Antrim County was confirmed to be a human error in reporting unofficial election results – which was immediately corrected by the county. (Nov. 7, 2020)
FACT CHECK: Dominion, the State of Michigan, and the State’s independent expert have debunked claims about adjudication made by ASOG’s team, all noting that Antrim County does not perform digital adjudication of ballots (the county manually reviews paper ballots). The state analysis adds: The 68% system error rate claim is "meaningless." "The warning messages relate to benign instances where ballots did not feed into the scanner correctly and were ejected (“reversed”) for the voter to try again." (March 26, 2021)
FACT CHECK: In a court filing, the Director of Michigan’s Bureau of Elections stated, "the [ASOG] report makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained." (Dec. 13, 2020)
FACT CHECK: Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos refuted the report's flawed claims under oath in testimony before Michigan’s Senate Oversight Committee on December 15, 2020, noting:
Michigan doesn't use Ranked Choice Voting

Antrim County does not use modems.

There was no digital adjudication of votes in Antrim County.

No votes were "switched" by "software glitches" in Antrim County.

Antrim County has a paper ballot record for every vote cast on a Dominion machine.

Claiming unverifiable ballots are legitimate does not prove they were legitimately cast. Those ballots can never be proven legitimate because the chain-of-custody logs are lost, the election observers were not present, the ballots came in by the thousands after the deadline, and so forth.

Observer Spots Mysterious Drop of 50+ Boxes Of Swing-State Ballots Overnight — Here’s What He Saw
Written by Wes Walker on November 15, 2020
As of the close of voting on November 5th, no more votes were supposed to come in. That’s what the law said. So how do you explain this truck full of boxes?
Poll Challenger Shane Trejo was watching the polls on behalf of Team Trump. what he saw raised some serious red flags.

He describes a long time of inactivity where there were no votes being counted, but when the vote counters were just completing their shift, the mysterious truck came in.
What came in was a truck with 50+ boxes. Shane describes the truck, the three workers, the boxes, and someone in a blue hoodie who he had seen earlier in the night.

Toward the end of the shift they were unloaded, but weren’t immediately processed. To the best of his knowledge, nobody touched any of the boxes unloaded from that truck until much later, when it would have been a different group of workers, and there would have been no context given for the origin of these ballots.
He’s also referring to ways the workers have been hostile to poll watchers.
But that isn’t the only thing Trejo saw on election night.
He’s looking for answers, but he’s getting stonewalled.

“THERE WERE THOUSANDS OF BALLOTS IN EACH BOX,” TREJO SAYS. “THERE WERE AT LEAST 50 BOXES THAT I SAW UNLOADED AT 3:30AM, WELL AFTER THE 8:00PM DEADLINE FOR BALLOTS TO SHOW UP.”
“THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DUMPED ON US AT ONCE, WHEN THERE WASN’T A POTENTIALITY OF FRAUD. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THEM TO SHOW UP THIS LATE AT NIGHT.”

…THE 3:30AM THE BIDEN BALLOT DROP WAS THE FIRST BALLOT DELIVERY SINCE 10:30PM, THEN 138,000 BALLOTS SHOWED UP SUDDENLY. TREJO SAYS THE BALLOTS COULD NOT BE PROCESSED RIGHT WHEN THEY ARRIVED, SO BY THE TIME THEY WERE STARTING TO BE COUNTED, A NEW SHIFT OF POLL WORKERS HAD STARTED.
THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE TREJO EXPLAINS THAT THE BIDEN BALLOT DROP WAS DROPPED OFF AT THE END OF ONE SHIFT AND LEFT UNCOUNTED, SO WHEN THE NEW SHIFT CAME TO COUNT BALLOTS THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHERE THE BALLOTS HAD COME FROM.

TREJO REPEATEDLY ASKED ABOUT THIS TRUCK TO SITE SUPERVISORS AND WAS STONEWALLED. –GATEWAYPUNDIT
He may not be getting ANSWERS, but he did get some license plate numbers of the parties involved.
This is connected to the same story as the Detroit polling places covering up their windows.

@marke These ballot drops were all disproven several years ago. The election results were certified and verified and recounted and recertified. You just have to face facts--Trump lost the last election massively. The number of yard signs doesn't win the election. Having the loudest and most rabid supporters doesn't win the election. Violently attacking the Capitol doesn't win the election. Trying to kidnap governors doesn't win the election. There has been no proven voter fraud. And there won't be, because it never happened. Get used to the fact that Trump lost and will always be the election loser.

Tens of thousands of ballots dumped late at night under mysterious circumstances were never proven to be valid. Was each ballot linked to a legitimate voter that was proven not to have voted more than once in the election? Absolutely not.

If any local group of Americans wants ballots verified as legitimate then it is not up to democrats to claim they are legitimate and then tell people to accept that and shut up. It is up to democrats to join with other Americans to do a diligent investigation to connect each ballot with a legitimate voter who cast the ballot legitimately. No court in the country has taken on that responsibility.

@marke In the 2020 election, our most recent major election, votes were tabulated, certified, and in most cases recounted, recertified, and audited again. No significant voter fraud was found anywhere. There were, as there always are, a few stray fraudulent votes, none of which impacted the results, with most of those being Trump supporters who voted two or more times or for someone else. Mark Meadows even voted in a precinct illegally, since he has never lived there. But there was no fraud that changed results.

Lack of lawsuits does not prove democrats committed massive election fraud and are getting away with it just as they have done for decades. The democrats have created the narrative that voter fraud committed by a minority of voters is no big deal since minority voters were abused by slavery for so many years in the past.
