My predictions were always based on the fact that there are two technologies that compliment each other.

Solar panels (or wind turbines) nd batteries.

And both are heading in the exact same direction price wise, cheaper and cheaper.

So all your "the sun isn't shining the wind isn't always blowing" are spurious objections.

The future will gather the sun and when it IS available, STORE it, and deploy the energy when it's needed.

"We'll always need fossil fuels-"

no we won't, The price of batteries is heading in the same direction as those technologies have been for the last 40 years.

down.

97% cheaper.
America won't make or import enough solar panels for its own electric needs. Batteries are even more unheard of.
Gas - oil, fracking. Yes, forever fracking, yes.
You know solar panels are going to be unavailable to you soon, anyway.
@Roundandroundwego America is already at 13% of its energy from solar panels from 10 years ago when the dismissive fucks were arguing that it only made up 1%.

you can keep on living in denial if you want, when you rejoin reality we'll be happy to welcome you.

You accused us solar fans of being high on meth, talk about p psychological projection.

The future is now. There's a building in Sherwood that has wind turbines with attached solar panels.
@LordShadowfire I see Solar panels all around me, Every time i go out for Chicken too I have to drive by a bunch of Tesla chargers, but I live in the Pacific Northwest, and we are proudly weird and pioneers whose state values LOVE to brag about being the first in the nation to do literally anything.
