Women get hysterectomies sometimes to save their lives. Very often a woman inflicted with uterine cancer is saved a gruesome death with a hysterectomy. In no way does that (a) make a woman a man, or (b) make a woman any less a woman.
How about a woman having to get a mastectomy due to breast cancer? Has she become a man as well?

@Reason10 Heres the truth:historically,there have always been a miniscule portion of the population who are legitimately androgynous;their chromosomes are physically arranged so that they dont clearly express one distinct sex.And yes,they are a special case that should be given special considerations in self-identification.But as I said before,that only represents an EXTREMELY SMALL part of society,and their existence,while real,should not serve as a basis for rewriting the norms of gender for everyone;it doesnt explain or justify the recent EXPLOSION of chlidren-and adults-who have suddenly and abruptly decided to switch sexs at a moments notice.If this phenomenon was based on legitimate science,why is it only happening now?Shouldnt all of this"coming out"have been happening a long time ago?Clearly,pepole are being influenced by the changes in CULTURE to pretend to be another sex;to put it on like some kind of costume to wear at will and for their own purposes.Its sort of sick,and not at all based on reality.
