Would not that make him termed out in 2024? I say he either has to admit he lost in 2020, or declare him ineligible due to term limits.

How can he be termed out if his term was stolen , and, given your premise , would that not make all the socialists guilty of being traitors and subject to the rules of the military justice system , Death by hanging ? Pay-per-view could cash out televising those.
