Questioning Biden's energy policies ....

Could Biden's energy police be based on the fact that the oil production industry is mostly based in conservative or Republican states? Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Kansas, North Dakota? And by assaulting the oil/petro industry he can undermine those states' economies and shake up the voters there?

NO, and for your information, California is the 4th largest oil producer in the nation.

Texas - 1,782,009.
North Dakota - 431,241.
New Mexico - 379,226.
Colorado - 165,093.
Alaska - 163,852.
California - 144,349.
Wyoming - 89,002.
Kansas - 37,907.

But 15.2% of the total production comes from the offshore Gulf platforms, and I would give Texas and Louisiana credit for that oil :)
