Just as stupid as who, please?
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@helenS The MAGA crowd.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza intellectually challenged is the term. Stupid people infers that they just have yet to be educated.
helenS · 36-40, F
@LegendofPeza I would never never assume intellectual deficiencies just because someone's opinions are different from mine.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@helenS nice use of the underline
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@helenS Then how do you account for them believing that the election was stolen due to some grand conspiracy by Democrats ?
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza it’s called confirmation bias. Look it up.
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@2cool4school I know what confirmation bias is , it applies to opinions rather than indisputable facts.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza sure about that? It often keeps people from being able to see the facts. Look it up. You might learn something.
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@2cool4school How can you confirm something that is indisputably false ?
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza you don’t seem to grasp the concept of confirmation bias and the affects that it has psychologically. But that’s ok.
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@2cool4school You don't seem to be able to admit when you are wrong. But that's ok too.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza ok
the tendency to interpret new evidence as confirmation of one's existing beliefs or theories.
So you see when they saw that trump lost the election they believed that he was going to win and therefore they assume that the election must’ve been stolen. I’m not wrong about this. You just don’t understand yet. Might be your own blind spot might be confirmation bias as well. You assume that you know my political beliefs or the “side” I’m taking When I’m just trying to give you an idea why it happened in the first place. I don’t care about the American political duopoly or any other persons allegiance to it. You need to look up what you think you already know and don’t actually have a clue about more often.
2cool4school · 46-50, F
@LegendofPeza if you were half as educated as you believe that you are we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@2cool4school 'new evidence' - I must have missed that bit.
And being a patronising arsehole is neither cool nor clever.

@LegendofPeza yeah sure. Yet you keep going like an energizer bunny or a dog with a bone. You can either get a clue or not. I don’t really care. But don’t pretend. You’re far too old and I’m far too tired.
LegendofPeza · 61-69, M
@2cool4school I'm too old ...... lol !
You know I'm pretty sure I've had this conversation with you once before. Shall we just call it a day ? Unless of course , you insist on getting the last word in.

@LegendofPeza as in 56+ yo is too old to behave like that. Not that you’re archaic or something. Just let it go.
