Please explain to me how illegal aliens will be allowed to vote, when it states in the bill that all voters must either have been born in the US or be the bearer of a Green card and have permanent residency in order to vote.
Coincidentally, this system is no different to the voting procedure currently in force in America, given that anyone with a temporary visa is unable to vote in any elections... even if they are actively living in the country and intend to do so legally and as a permanent resident.

@HootyTheNightOwl "The district’s council recently approved an election plan that – assuming council members vote the same way a second time – allows illegal aliens to cast ballots.
The next vote is scheduled for November.
If it passes again, “noncitizens would be allowed to vote as long as they are 18 years of age or older at the time of the election, and have lived in the district for at least 30 days,” the report said.
The only “no” vote in the 12-1 decision was Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh, who wanted people to live in the district for more than 30 days before they are eligible.
The sponsor of the radical plan, Charles Allen of Ward 6, said 30 days was time enough.
“Our immigrant neighbors of all statuses participate, contribute and care about our community and our city. They, like all D.C. residents, deserve to have a say in our government,” Allen charged.
“This bill is in line with our D.C. values, and this council’s history of expanding the right to vote and welcoming new voices into our political process and government,” he continued."

@HootyTheNightOwl Facts are for Leftists.
@HootyTheNightOwl In politics, certain people write( actually put the bill in words- often difficult for a lay person to understand, decipher and appreciate to be properly informed) -those who do write them are not politicians but others who support the politicians, such as lawyers and others in the professional tiers of society. And the failure occurs when said bills are finished, they’re rarely if ever read by those who support and approve them, aka the politicians alleged leaders.

This looks pretty clear and straightforward to me - however, your original post makes little to no sense.
We agree that "Illegal aliens" are people who are living in America illegally. By the very definition, they are illegal and have no intention of becoming legal citizens of America. They're not on any database that they don't have to be, so, how are they going to be tracked down in order to receive their ballot papers???
Even if you go door to door, Mario Gonzalez isn't going to acknowledge that you're speaking to him because he knows there's a high chance that he's going to get deported if he's found and kicked out for another ten years.
As for pedophiles... half of the country is armed and their mugshots are on dedicated websites. Are you going to take the chance of rolling out of bed to haul ass down to the ballot place and cast your vote in the hopes that at least one of the fifteen guns in the queue isn't going to fill you with lead or you will get away without having the daylights beaten out of you???
Trust me, the last place you want to be alone is in a crowded place where you're unarmed and you don't know what the guy behind you is packing - especially not when everyone potentially knows what you look like and where you live.
