Steve Jobs at some point became aware of the awesome power of our research colleges and that the state was often hard up Budgetary and realized he could make a decent buck or two buying other people's research and then combining it into something the vast majority of the market was too tech illiterate to be aware even existed.

Jobs didn't do a shred of the work that lead to the Iphone, he bought other people's research.

He did more than that. He pushed others to realize his vision, micromanaging down to the level of how he wanted the scroll bar to look. He had a reputation as a horrible boss.

Beyond all the other horrible things I've heard that he did, one of the things was that he didn't believe in showering or deodorant. He insisted on this herbal treatment that he swore took care of any possible body odor he might have had.

He had horrible body odor as a result, and inflicted it on employees who weren't allowed to comment on it.
