Why is Navy considered a neutral? It doesn’t look good with any other color but white.

Tan, khaki, yellow. Also a red tie goes great with a Navy jacket. Also black, light blue, light jeans and blue seersucker.
I'd wear a black, gray, maroon, or blue collarless polo under my navy blue blazer.

@PoizonApple The French dumped my Crackerjacks on the road from my upturned seabag and smelled very strong of wine. It got better though when i got to Paris.

@Fukfacewillie Ha! Funny story actually…, When I saw the movie Scream when it came out, the opening scene involved one Drew Barrymore wearing a yellow cropped sweater and navy trousers and if I said I didn’t go home and try and recreate the outfit, I’d be lying. So I guess you are correct there!
