I'm not sure what that phrase, "... think of England" actually means, but treating women like livestock seems to be what "the base" (including female members of "the base") wants because it gives them that feeling they crave of "owning the libs."

I am certainly aware of your misguided consternation over the role England has played in the bounty of the modern world we all enjoy.
