Do we need a constitutional amendment?

If the constitution says one must be 35 to be president, can we put a maximum age cap at 65?

I'm not in disagreement with you on this one. Everything......anything at times is hindsight. Not unlike my personal vex of term limits.
Whom do we stand to lose if we apply those parameters. Know what I mean? We risk certain things when we place certain brackets.....and I know I'm aware of that.
