Do we need a constitutional amendment?
If the constitution says one must be 35 to be president, can we put a maximum age cap at 65?

No, but it should just be understood anyone over 65 should not get your vote. Not that your vote matters. Biden was chosen by the wealthy and powerful because he has always done what he was told to do and Trump is too mentally-ill to obey.
