I have always voted for members of all parties for almost 50 years. Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, Green, etc., depending on the qualifications of those running for office. That was true until this past election, when it became clear that voting Republican was choosing to destroy democracy. It was the first election I did not vote for a single Republican, and I will not until the current MAGA/Trump Cult goes away.

Marxist democracy is slavery to wickedness and fascism, not freedom.

@marke I have chosen not to vote for fascist Republicans and those who gleefully support them. And I will continue to do so until the fascist and unprincipled right -wing is defeated at the polls by the majority of Americans who do not believe in them.

@windinhishair
Sadly, even if a 99% majority favors wicked policies and agendas, wicked policies and agendas will still be wrong.

@marke That is true, which is why I cannot and will not support the fascist wicked policies of Republicans who no longer believe in democracy and support a fascist dictatorship instead of duly electing the President.

@marke So you would say that the US has never been a democracy, and that a dictatorship is preferred, like Putin in Russia or Mussolini in Italy?
marke · 70-79, M
@windinhishair
Before the modern democrat party of Obama and Biden, I never experienced being told I could not go to church, could not exercise my 1st or 2nd amendment rights, could not say things contrary to leftist propagandist narratives, and so forth.

@marke You refused to answer my question (since you can't answer it), so I will give you a coupld of others. Please provide specific names and specific actions to illustrate your bogus claims, not some nebulous statement that cannot be checked.
Who has prevented you from going to church? Who has prevented you from saying what you want to say? Who has told you that you can't have a firearm?

You are right. None of the pompous leftist fascist bigots ever prevented me from going to church, preaching God's condemnation of homosexuality and abortion, exercising my right to reject a homosexual request to do party favors for their perverted groups, or anything else. I don't care how many stupid "separation of church and humanity" crap laws the ungodly morons get passed, I obey God rather than man.

@marke So you repent on your bogus claims and admit they were lies. Didn't the Ninth Commandment of GOD say in essence Thou Shalt Not Lie? Are you exempt from obeying God on that one? Or is that only God's Ninth Suggestion?
marke · 70-79, M
@windinhishair
I was not lying. Corrupt leftist democrat fascists told Christians (including me) that we could not go to church. I (and my intelligent Christian friends) simply ignored the pompous jackasses with their illegal tyrannical fascist edicts.

@marke Who specifically were these people (please name them) and how did they prevent you from going to church? Sounds like they didn't by your own admission, so you were lying and disobeying the Ninth Suggestion.
marke · 70-79, M
@windinhishair
Who do these morons think they are to tell God's people they cannot worship God as God has called them to do?

RALEIGH, Wake County — North Carolina’s governor is standing by his executive order that keeps churches from conducting traditional indoor services amid the coronavirus pandemic.

@marke No one said that you couldn't practice your religion. Sensible governors issues executive orders to prevent assembly of groups of people temporarily during a pandemic that killed over a million Americans. That's quite different from preventing free practice of religion. The NC governor had every right to do what he did to help avert a public health crisis.
You should read the Ten Commandments again so you can try to understand their meaning.

Politicians who contradict or oppose God and Christian beliefs in God are stupid.

@marke Did the NC governor contradict or oppose God and Christian beliefs in God? Show me where he said that.

The governor is in deep trouble with God but let's leave that between him and God for now.

@marke But you accused him of preventing you from practicing your religion by contradicting of opposing God and Christian beliefs in God. Can you provide clear evidence where he actually said that? Or is this more baloney that doesn't meet God's Ninth Suggestion?
marke · 70-79, M
@windinhishair
If I said the dummass prevented me from going to church then I did not word my meaning correctly. I meant the dummass tried to prevent us Christians from attending church.

@marke So you weren't telling the truth with that statement either. Perhaps you should think before you post since you cannot be correct with anything you say.
Do you think it was your right during the pandemic, before there was a vaccine, to attend church in large groups and contribute to the spread of a virus that killed over a million Americans?

I do. Democrats totally botched the covid dempanic. Covid never spread in our church before the vaccine came out but several months after the vaccine came out several of our members contracted covid, just like so many vaccinated leftist democrats in DC did also.

@marke So you have the right to infect others during a pandemic. Interesting. I wonder What Would Jesus Do? Do you think Jesus believes that the sole place you can practice your religion and pray is in a designated building?
Trump botched the covid response, and over a million Americans died as a result. You obviously have no issue with that whatsoever.
