Group of 6 January insurrectionists claim their defense is they believed they were following orders from the president to engage in insurrection.

They confess they thought Cry-Baby-trump was going to implement "The insurrection Act" which they believe was to call for insurrection. In reality, the Insurrection Act is designed to prevent insurrection and it does not have an allowance for people off the street to pick up arms and engage in a violent plot to subvert an election.

They are charged with seditious conspiracy.
