This is being done, just not as fast as some would like and too fast for others. In the end though all 3 will be built-out.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@MarkPaul Got anything to back that up beyond wishful thinking?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Well, the thing is you have to crunch the numbers and then analyze those numbers to realize the slow rate of adoption is part cultural and part regional. As someone who understands urban planning, I understand your consternation over the rate at which the build-out is taking and your desire to get me to give you a definitive conclusion. But studies show most Americans prefer their own individualized transportation to public transit solutions. So, it's more than just a build-out issue; it's a communication and education issue as well.

@MarkPaul Translation = as usual you have no idea and are making shit up to try and justify it.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow My point is there is a variance of opinion on the rate at which the build-out should take place. I guess I could explain it in a way you can understand it by drawing a pie chart. Now, it's called a pie chart because it looks like a pie. Okay... picture the pie cut in 2 slices. One slice represents those who want the build-out NOW. The other slice are those who are not in favour of a build-out that quickly (or at all). To keep it simple (for you) we are just using a 2-slice pie (chart). I understand your consternation, but you have trust those of us who are intimately familiar with all aspects of urban planning, not just the parts of personal interest to you.

@MarkPaul No, you are making excuses for shoveling more bullshit.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I am making a valid and relevant point. You are being childish out of...🍇 (sour). 🧐
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@MarkPaul You have yet to make a point. And you have yet to provide anything at all to support your claims.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I am sharing my insight based on my expertise in urban planning. I didn't know I was signing up for a thesis assignment requiring APA formatted citations. All I see is your sour grapes behaviour. Again, I'm sorry for your consternation that the speed of adoption for public housing and transportation is not meeting your aggrieved needs. Perhaps grievance counselling would be helpful to you.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@MarkPaul And more bullshit.
PicturesOfABetterTomorrow · 41-45, M
@MarkPaul And nice strawman.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow So, once again you have turned yourself into the centre of attention. Let's examine that, shall we?
