I wonder when the "blame young Millenials" trend will finally die?

The avocado toast cliches and blaming us "young people" is getting old. Guys, I am 40. For some of us Freshman year in college was 2 decades ago.

I thought everyone blames everything on us old boomers.
Not that it isn't a deserving pointing of fingers. I blame us too.
And avacado toast is really pretty good.

@Carla Young people blame it on the boomers, boomers blame it on the young people, and Gen X just wants to know who's going to fix it.
@Carla Most of the media companies still printing this shit have a target audience in their 70s run by people about the same age so I guess to Rupert Murddoch I am the "youth vote."
@LordShadowfire I think Gen X actually profits off of it. Look at some of the people who own social media platforms.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Well, shit. I've been doing the Gen X thing all wrong.
@LordShadowfire I am just saying to the Gen Xers that own social media platforms this kind of stupidity leads to "engagement" and by extension to profit.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow @LordShadowfire

I was born in 80. This makes me millennial and Gen X.
@Burnley123 I was born in 82 and graduated in the overhyped year 2000. Basically part of the first group to get that label "millenial".
