Are Russians uneducated about nuclear fall-out or are they appeasing their own cry-baby by going along with the idea the fallout won't effect them?

Actually you do have to defend your position because you are the one making all kinds of ridiculous claims about your education and training and cannot even support any of those claims.

And pretending to have credentials and lying about it is very anti intellectual. Because you reduce all education and professional training to bragging rights.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow I think it's obvious I am not one to brag, show-off, or engage in self-absorbed rhetoric. I am busy raising other people up, celebrating diversity, and mentoring and coaching those with aspirations who don't know where or how to start.
