Wait, so DeSantis is paying big money to fly TEXAS migrants to Martha's Vinyard?

So this confirms to me that this is all a show, because apparently Florida did not have 50 of their own migrants to send. So, all this whining from Florida about people seeking asylum is a load of crap. DeSantis and right wing media are manufacturing a problem to get people all whipped up .

If I was a Florida tax payer, I would be quite pissed off.

What I care about is how the fence-sitting Moderates saw the story, because they're the people who decide elections. And what they saw is that Liberals greeted the migrants warmly and even fed them after DeathSantis lied to the migrants who were just seeking work.

If you're not strongly in a camp, if you're just an average America, you think DeathSantis is disgusting for this stunt. I'm against third world immigration and even I think it's disgusting.

I'm being honest here, I'm saying I care what they think because I want them to vote how I vote. I'm pretty openly admitting to my self-interest.

This is just your latest attempt to bait me, you don't give a shit about what "fence sitting moderates" think about this, and you wouldn't know a moderate voter in the US if they smacked your bulbous head.

To repeat my point, this was a brilliant publicity stunt on the parts of DeSantis and Abbott, they are calling attention to the border issues that are being ignored and demonstrating the hypocrisy of "limousine liberals" and their NIMBY attitudes. The comments on this thread alone demonstrate that.
