Aside from the many more crimes that will occur because of the no-bail policy, many worry about them being a flight risk.

What if we just moved them to some island, somewhere? They wouldn't be in jail, and yet they would be less of a flight risk. Hmm. Do you guys have any ideas of what island would be best?

Anyone who would be denied bail due to being a flight risk or a suspected danger to society will not be set free. Anyone who would be denied bail doesn't get out.

All this does is puts poor offenders on equal footing with wealthy offenders.

If you have a problem with that, you don't care about crimes you just hate poor people.

Equal treatment under the law means you don't get wealth tested in the justice system. Simple as that.

As for the immigrant issue, maybe you just hate people in general?

I'm convinced these liberal idiots on this site are all Chinese and Russian trolls. They only want the worst for America.

So as long as you are a poor kidnapper, murderers, or rapist, it’s only fair you walk free before your trial ... if you ever turn up for it. @ViciDraco

January 1st 2023, in Illinois, new law will take away discretion from judges, and those crimes I mentioned, plus more, will walk free. I don’t care if someone is rich or poor, a crime is a crime. Who the hell cares if someone attacks you or a loved one is a billionaire or a pauper? Not me. A criminal is a criminal! That’s it!!!one@ViciDraco

A six year old girl was raped repeatedly for four years, by a family "friend."

The judge (judge Cashman)

sentenced the man to 60 days in jail.

The judge's reasoning was; I don't believe in punishment. I believe in rehabilitation.

That's why I hate these hug-a-thug pukes like the guy on here.

But the bleeding-heart libs don't care that the little girl's life has been destroyed, they only want to hug the pukes that ruined her life.

I deleted his posts. I told him he was banned, and he was still too stupid to understand that.
Everything you have said is true, but he doesn't want to believe in reality. He just wants to make up his own reality.
