After Republicans arguing that abortion rights belong in the states, Boy-Lindsay Graham insists there should be a federal abortion law.

Lindsay is using this to "define and resolve" Republican tensions. Which is utter bullsh*t. Graham is willing to use the greatest portion of his ignorance to willingly fail to understand human reproduction and the termination process, which translates to unwanted children with no support networks, more frequent complications due to childbirth and pregnancy, and economic impact so large it can't be calculated yet. Never mind having to legislate ever different case that comes along.

These are some nations that ban abortion outright. Poland and Honduras recently passed legislation restricting abortions. These are the USA's high-water benchmark under Graham's proposed law.
