BOOM! Federal Judge Reveals Incumbent President Joe Biden Ordered FBI Access to Mar-a-Lago Documents

They lied.

On Monday, August 8, 2022, the Biden FBI-DOJ raided President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago and rifled through his home and belongings for 9 hours. The FBI even ransacked 16-year-old Barron Trump’s room and First Lady Melania Trump’s closet.

The following day White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters that the Biden White House learned of the raid in the news.

Jean Pierre insisted that the President was not briefed on the raid.

Earlier today, Judge Aileen Cannon granted President Trump’s request for a Special Master review of the material confiscated by the Biden DOJ during their raid on his home at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbids the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

The Gateway Pundit posted the judge’s decision earlier today.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.

Joe Biden lied. The White House lied. And now they are caught.

Biden denied it all.

Lying seems to be a theme of Biden's presidency. Lies, deceit, abandonment, corruption.
They constantly CLAIM Trump and MAGA people are that way and never have proof.
And, all the while, they are doing it themselves!

NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) first alerted the Justice Department that documents they'd retrieved from the former president contained classified materials.

That is what spurred the criminal investigation into the former president having taken and still possessing records he should not have taken. It is required by law (The Presidential Records Act) that the current president approve NARA turning over said material to the Justice Department for review. The current president did request that the FBI have access to those records, back in May.

Nothing about what Judge Cannon revealed, indicates that Biden or the White House Press Secretary were lying about having had no prior knowledge of the FBI's intent to search..."raid" Mar-a-Lago last month.

@Piper What strikes me about all this is if this was a democrat president doing this, these same people blindly defending trump would be having a hemorrhage.

At least when Nixon was caught doing what he did, there was little divide between the two parties. What we see today is the direct result of bias social media. It really shocks me that people refuse to fact check what they hear.

@Peapod Yeah, of course they'd be 'out for blood' if a Democrat of any office had done anything close to what Trump has. That has been glaringly evident, in the past.

It it really disheartening to me too, how little many people seem to even care if something is true or not, as long as it fits what they want to believe.

@Piper I personally think it has to be some sort of emptiness inside them to need such a bad person to fit their narrative.

Sadly, I have seen this sort of behavior up close from weak minded people I have known in the past. They seem to have little to no capacity to flesh out two sides of a story and to keep a balance with judging someone's actions, good or bad. They just blindly go with whatever suits what's already inside them imho.

I am pretty certain this is how really evil leaders initially get the masses to support them. If you tell a lie often enough, eventually it will be believed. They are very dangerous people and I wish we all could just remember history.

To me, this is way beyond a liberal vs. conservative thing. There is no way a conservative in Reagan's time would have supported trash like Donald Trump and it takes a lot for me to call someone trash.

God help us all if he compromised our national security. This is no small matter. If anything, Trump has been afforded an awful lot of leeway, given the scope of the potential crime involved.

@Peapod It is way beyond a liberal vs. conservative thing to me, also. I acknowledge that most all of us are at least a little biased towards our "side" of things, no matter what issue it is we feel strongly about. Yet, many people do care to find out as much they can about those things before stating something as proof...or fact. I am encouraged there are those on all political sides who stll care about learning as much as they can about something, before thinking they just know....or saying they do.

I think the former president has been given a great deal of consideration and leeway too, Peas, regarding the scope of this and many of his potential crimes.

Has he really?
Four years of unending beatings from democrats and media for allegedly doing things he never did.
Sort of like your potential crime comment.
In America we are innocent until proven guilty.

@Budwick Yes, for those things he did definitely do.

Too bad there are thousands of false claims that no one is held accountable for.
