I get what Trump is saying. As a Joint Chief, Milley has no actual command authority over the military. Consultative input probably. Regardless...the Biden administration leaving $85 billion in military assets to the Taliban was mind numbingly stupid. Worse were the military personnel killed and the unknown numbers of Americans that are still stranded there.
