Let's say you have won every election and totally control all aspects of government. Then what? What will the country be like?

Moreoever, regardless of who is in power, how do you get into the minds of individual voters susceptible to taking the post-Nixon fear-based bait that has manufactured crises and ongoing culture war divisions for half a century now, so that anything good done under the Democrat control of government does not simply get undone later for completely baseless and irrational reasons?
