@Northwest I am by Portland. We will see what happens.

@Like2play This was signed into law back in March (the earlier link I sent). I can't include the Governor's newsletters, as they're sent to me in email form. I am in Portland often. A lot of EV are not for sale in WA, as they're allocated to CA and OR first by dealers. I am negotiating with a dealer in Portland about getting a specific model (I don't want to buy a Tesla).

I think OR will follow what WA and CA do.
