Where did you get such information? I wish those figures were true, but find it hard to believe so many Europeans oppose arming Ukraine.

There’s a few countries providing weapons to Ukraine. The problem is that other countries can’t directly support them because that’s an act of war, and god alone knows what Putin would do then.
