@dale74 First he said he declassified everything, then he claims the FBI planted those documents on him, then he tries to claim Obama took classified documents, then he tried to play victim, now he’s pleading the 5th. Those documents were meant to be archived and stored at a government site, not taken and stored in someone’s house.

@SW-User the problem is there is not crime never has been in any association with government records act so he can not be charge with any crime. And why would they accidentally take active passports and expired ones. Napkins, photos (any photo taken by the government there is a digital copy), his hand written notes, his personal papers from his attorney. This was a fishing trip they have tried to blame him for so much if he did 1% of what he is accused of he would have been kicked out. But that is ok believe he is the bad guy when the guy in office admits he used taxpayer money to black mail a foreign government.

@dale74 First off he had no business stealing nuclear documents from the government. That’s criminal behavior, that’s why he was “ratted” out. Anyone else would have faced the same consequences. There was no other point in taking them except selling them to another country which is espionage and that’s what he’s being investigated for.

@summersmiles the documents that they seized if you haven't been watching the news were of operation crossfire which was declassified in 2018. Operation crossfire was all about them accusing him of being a Russian asset tells all about it how they knew it was fake but they let it keep running and they kept investigating him and spying on him by listening to every phone call that's worse than Watergate
