@MarkPaul Seems like it. I think, at this point, Rudy is just trying to stay "relevant" and not be totally dismissed as a senile old drunk.
He's long since destroyed his professional and political reputation, and while the criminal liability thing may be an issue, he could probably still cut a plea deal based on competency, if jail time or fines were the issue.
My guess is, its pride at this point, and its really sad.
