Is Trump A Flight Risk?

Trump is claiming that in the search a week ago, agents seized his three passports. He would have two current ones--one a regular one like anyone else, and the other a diplomatic passport given to him while President. He claimed he had an expired one along with the others. If Trump is being truthful, the DOJ likely considers him a flight risk to avoid consequences for his crimes.

Update 16 August 2022: The DOJ is reporting that they did take his passports but returned the them following the search at Mar-a-Lago.

I guess it's in the realm of possibility but where could he go where he wouldn't be found? Also don't think he could spin it in a way that would appeal to more than the 10% who truly think he's the second coming.

@Ynotisay He would be found and would spin it that he had to leave to prevent a partisan arrest. He would probably want to go to a country that wouldn't extradite him.
