Yeah, the "persecution" of a raid

Rudy Giuliani said Trump's first reaction to the FBI's search of his Florida property at Mar-a-Lago was to comment on the size of the crowd of his supporters that had gathered outside in the aftermath.

Giuliani, a former New York mayor and longtime Trump ally, told Newsmax that Trump said the raid is "going to help me."

"You see the number of people in front of Mar-a-Lago already? This is gonna turn around, American people have common sense, they've gone too far now," Giuliani recalled Trump telling him.

That's yer fella, guys. The one scamming your while he's playing chess. That's yer God.

@Carla True, but really, with Rudy, what's sad is the obvious cognitive decline and what seems to be substance abuse.

He may never have been what he sold himself to be, but he's become a caricature at this point.

I honestly wouldn't doubt that the raid helps trump in a way, he is a cult leader and the only way to really undo his cult leadership is to deprogram people. But the old ways of deprogramming cult members are illegal so good luck with that. Also, most cult leaders knowingly scam people but still have followers.
