Screw them.
It is only politics. It is recommended that we go to a strictly cashless payment system .. Those supporting it has forgotten about they're tipped employees, thinks we should tip ahead of time or make exceptions to the rule

So what's wrong with tipping ahead of time? You can always change the tip amount later.
