They just don't believe documents should be protected. And, as Crazy-Rudy said, the DOJ should be thankful because victimized Cry-Baby-trump preserved the documents (that originally they claimed he didn't take in the first place). And yes, Rudy's shirt was tucked in when he presented his logic.
