I didn’t think lying is the correct test or standard. The civilly employed pension guaranteed deep state is required by law to be non political and impartial. Many are in violation of that and should be canned with loss of pension. Others are so deviously and intentionally caused damage to national harmony that treason charges would not be excessive in some situations.

Think about the bias shown by tenured professors at private universities. In a lot of cases that violates the terms of endowments. A step worse is the bias shown by tenured professors at public universities. The same endowment issue applies. Yes some successful alumni of public universities give back. A step worse is the violation of employment contracts. A deeper step worse is the violation of the trust but into the allure of non biased clean slate education being paid for by trusting parents.

Back to the deep state. These backstabbers have the highest obligation of providing a non biased level playing field. The damage caused by this violation is irreparable. In some cases hanging might be lenient.

Right before he left office, Trump initiated Schedule F, which would allow him to fire any federal employee involved with “policy” at will. This wouldn’t apply to agents who are conducting enforcement, but it would cover most higher level civil servants. If he’s re-elected, he could demolish the civil service.
