North Korea to send 100k soldiers to help Russia in Ukraine

Two Question.

1. Will NATO then be able to do the same to help Ukraine ?
2. Is Putin loosing ?. He ask for peace talks now.

@graphite The idea of Putin recreating the USSR has largely been a conservative talking point but not really based on anything beyond a speech Hillary Clinton gave one time.

He does seem to like Alexander Dugin who is all about a conservative right wing Russian empire though.
