North Korea to send 100k soldiers to help Russia in Ukraine

Two Question.

1. Will NATO then be able to do the same to help Ukraine ?
2. Is Putin loosing ?. He ask for peace talks now.

One or two reports indicate they would be laborers. Sending combat troops is a recipe for a potentially much larger conflict.

@chrisCA what are you asking , meaning “they”? Do you mean the reports or North Koreans, either laborers or troops?

@soar2newhighs I got the impression that the troops would be used as labourers.

@chrisCA if any number of “laborers” go from N. Korea to Ukraine or I should say, break away republics, it would be watched very closely by The U. S. and NATO nations.
