North Korea to send 100k soldiers to help Russia in Ukraine

Two Question.

1. Will NATO then be able to do the same to help Ukraine ?
2. Is Putin loosing ?. He ask for peace talks now.

@stratosranger During the first Gulf War, Iraqi troops were surrendering on mass.

@chrisCA Yes they were. Running joke was we could have hired Colonel Sanders to win that war. Those were some hungry sand rats
