North Korea to send 100k soldiers to help Russia in Ukraine

Two Question.

1. Will NATO then be able to do the same to help Ukraine ?
2. Is Putin loosing ?. He ask for peace talks now.

Idk if nato forces want to risk escalation by throwing their own troops into the mix

And yes, Putin has been losing despite what certain crack pots have been saying. What was thought of as the second most powerful military in the world now is looking for North Korean volunteers... Pretty embarrassing
