With SCOTUS having so much power are more Americans moving left?

They don’t have that much power, not as much as the executive and legislative branches who do as they please, and act like dictators. The country is moving to the right. The country is a shambles and falling apart under this administration.

The SCOTUS has as much power as they always have.

Nothing has changed other than some people have allowed to have their thoughts changed to suit the narrative du jour.

The SCOTUS has the same power it always has per the constitution. The only difference is that the liberal judicial activism the left enjoyed for so long is now in the minority.

The Overturning of Roe actually took power away from the Supreme Court and returned it to the legislative branch and the voters

We’ll see in November. But without a doubt SCOTUS made a big mistake in overturning Roe v Wade when a large majority of Americans support Women’s reproductive rights. Plus the plan to go after other rights isn’t helpful either.
