How can American supreme Court put importance over unborn fetus over grown kids in schools who have to go through school shootings?

The right to bear arms is a Constitutional right, Abortion isn't

Supreme court didn't ban abortion, they merely upheld 10th Amendment (The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.)

As for these shootings, blame democrats; they're the ones trying to disarm civilians whilst simultaneously building layers of security around themselves...

Schools should be hard targets just like government offices, banks, etc. (i.e. defended with armed security)

@wildbill83 I blame people like you who are more concerned with owning a gun rather than the lives of innocent school kids

@Loopysoutherner Ever been to Alaska?
@Loopysoutherner I blame people like you who are ok with slaughtering 1 million unborn babies each year, then point your finger at gun owners.

@BizSuitStacy your more concerned about fetuses rather than living kids? Is the fetus of a random woman and your guns that important to you?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@wildbill83 creating a fallacy to deflect your opinion that guns are more important than kids is disgusting
@Loopysoutherner
your more concerned about fetuses rather than living kids?
So, the real issue here is that you believe that the value of a human is based on stages of the life cycle. So very Marxist of you.

The human life begins at conception. Our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are inalienable. So at what point in the human life cycle does one's rights begin?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy during the first 6 to 12 weeks its a fetus which is why abortion was allowed during that time.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy the true issue is that you prioritise the constitution and your personal rights above the life of living kids
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Loopysoutherner And besides, they don't vote
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@sunsporter1649 who dosent?
@Loopysoutherner
during the first 6 to 12 weeks its a fetus
Yes...and a fetus is no less of a human being than any of us - or are you going with the "clump o' cells" 🐂💩 argument? When are one's inalienable rights applicable?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy it's not a human being at that point. Hasn't developed in any way. You should be more concerned about fully developed kids
@Loopysoutherner
it's not a human being at that point.
Really? Is it a fish? Is it a plant? Nope. It's 100% human.

Biology Fail!
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy why you more concerned about that than living breathing kids?
@Loopysoutherner you should be asking yourself why you place a higher value some lives more than others simply because they are at different stages of the human life cycle.

Look at your age, Loopy. What happens when you reach a point in your old age that a bureaucrat decides you're no longer of value to society, and your life isn't worth sustaining?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy i wonder if you show this much care to when the baby is born
@Loopysoutherner I'm waiting for you to explain the human value hierarchy. Go ahead and start stack ranking.
Zygote
Embryo
Fetus
Newborn
Infant
Child
Adolescent
Adult
Senior
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy somehow I doubt you care about the baby once it's born so why you making so much noise when the woman is born?
@Loopysoutherner That's funny because I'm the one defending the position that the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is inalienable for ALL, regardless of age.

You're the one who said the unborn is not a human being (which is scientifically inaccurate). You're the one placing greater value on life once outside the womb. You're the one deciding when one's rights are or are not applicable.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy clearly not as your suporting women not having liberty over their own bodies and forcing them to pay 11 thousand dollars to give birth to a baby they don't want
@Loopysoutherner Ohhh...I see. It's a woman's body. Oh wait...

But lemme guess, you're more than ok with the gov't forcing experiemental vaccines on people.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@Loopysoutherner if they don't want kids, they should use protection or keep their legs closed; not have a taxpayer funded abortion.
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@BizSuitStacy wheres your care when the baby is born?
Loopysoutherner · 51-55, F
@wildbill83 so you saying women shouldn't enjoy sex? Thought condoms for men existed
