It entirely diminishes the issue. She retweeted a clip that showed her being escorted off, grinning along the way, and cut it before she raised her fist. IMO, it encapsulates who she is. And who many Progressives now are. It's about 'look at me' and grievance. Even if the grievance is entirely justified, as it is in the case from where I'm standing, it's more about social media clout than legislation. I see her as an immature child demanding a magic wand. And that trickles down.
Even without the relentless push from the right to equate Progressives as enemies of Democracy, and making them anyone who isn't a Republican (despite a relatively small size), this is the kind of thing that the more simple thinkers will remember. Seems to me that Progressives hurt Democrats, fuel Conservatives. and negatively influence those on the fence. And that's coming from someone who was a lifelong LIBERAL. Not a Progressive. I think there's a difference.
