@SW-User I went to Mexico one summer and this reminds me of that. London is slightly worse than the north and this is pretty bad.

@Burnley123 I can imagine. England is also a lot more humid than where I live, so that combination is even more unpleasant.

@tindrummer It does make you want to stay in an air conditioned room all day during the summer.

@SW-User It usually is, certainly, but not this time. London yesterday was extremely hot, but relatively low humidity - more like the Mediterranean.
