Is it really worth still talking about Trump and Truth in the same sentence?

@windinhishair That's more or less where I'm going. Much like Trump, I think they might be able to see consequences, but appeals to objective truth seem pretty silly.

@MistyCee @BackyardShaman I used to think that if they just saw evidence and facts and used logic that they would come around. I was wrong. There are still people on SW that are arguing The Steal using information that was debunked thoroughly both factually and in court two years ago. The level of willfull ignorance is so strong that it cannot be changed at this point.

Often they don’t split up information by relevance, and are conditioned by constant distractions swaying their thought processes.Broken sentences, twisted slang terms, this is what much of our society has become. @windinhishair

Let's face it, these folks could hear Trump admit to it, and still believe it wasn't him really a week later.

We're trying to communicate rationally with folks who dont really speak the same languuage or even share common values like honesty necessary to establish a common language as far as crap like truth or objective morality.

They may walk the walk and barely talk the talk in terms of acknowledging their relationship with the rest of the human race, but at the end of the day, the bottom line issue for them seems to be not only us vs them, but how can we push off to them vs us.
