Let's say for a minute that Trump does want to off his ex wife... why would he wait for so long to do it???
It would make much more sense to do it during the divorce process, before reaching an agreement on how the marital assets will be distributed than it would to wait for fifteen years to off her.
As much as I hate Trump, even I can see that your claims are illogical.

@HootyTheNightOwl You know what they say!
And we know how much Trump loves revenge. But you're doubting Trump has the patience for serving it cold. Yeah, me too.

@ElwoodBlues There's nothing Trump loves more than money.
Based on how my country works and the fact that pre-nups are such a grey area in the divorce court... I'm working on the theory that the same might apply in America, too.
Now, if I'm Trump and I'm looking at potentially paying my wife millions of dollars in the divorce settlement. I'm already perfectly placed to bump her off before an agreement can be reached and save myself millions in the process.
I don't even have to be there in person to do it, either... all I have to do is hot foot it to the golf course for a while and come back to my dead wife and deny any knowledge of what I have done.
Why would I wait, take the gamble and curate what appears to be a good relationship with my ex wife when it costs me a lot less to off her now than it would to hire a hitman???
Trump doesn't have the patience for such a long wait anyway. Just look at his time as President. He couldn't even find it in him to properly hand over to the Bidens when he lost the election.

@HootyTheNightOwl He had it done for the simple reason of getting out of having to testify under oath.
