You shout and scream and cry and fight to preserve and protect the 1st Amendment, and then this is what you do with it:

Standing at the bottom of the Capitol steps, the man, whose identity is unclear, filmed the lawmaker [Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez] walking up the stairs. "See my favorite big booty Latina AOC!" he yelled in the video, repeatedly pointing at her. "I love you AOC — you're my favorite!"

"She wants to kill babies, but she's still beautiful," he continued. "You look very beautiful in that dress. You look very sexy. Look at that big booty on AOC — that’s my favorite big booty Latina."

Ocasio-Cortez then walked over to the man, suggested that he take a selfie with her and she threw up her fingers like a peace sign and walked away.

"Hot, hot, hot like a tamale!" the man yelled as she climbed the steps heading into the Capitol.

Stay classy, GOP.

Since the mans identity is unknown, you’re guessing that he’s a Republican. Lots of people find that hideous, horse-faced Marxist laughable. I’m not a Republican and there’s no limit of legal public shaming she doesn’t deserve.

@redredred You seem to think the kind of behaviour exhibited by this disgusting man is ok? It is sexist and racist all at the same time and should never be acceptable. Sure, call her out for her political beliefs or her pro-abortion stance but calling her a "Big booty Latina" is disgusting and he should be arrested for sexual harassment. 😖

@spjennifer Of course I wouldn’t like it. The critic’s intention is to do something that idiotic socialist wouldn’t like. He’s exercising his right to make that destructive fool feel bad. That’s his right. It’s right there in the first amendment. There is no law, folkways or mores that requires us to be nice and polite to people who are damaging our country and negatively affecting our lives.

He wants her to feel bad. That’s his right.

@redredred Whether she's a socialist or a communist has no bearing on what happened here, nothing to do with her politics whatsoever, no woman should be subjected to this reprehensible type of behaviour, regardless of who she is. There are Laws in most States against sexual harassment and that's what this was. He had every right to call her out on her politics but are you seriously going to try to tell me that him calling her a sexy, big booty Latina has anything to do with politics? 😖

@spjennifer So, what crime was violated when she and fellow democrats urged people to target republicans in public and Supreme Court Justices in their homes. That those people should be harassed and intimidated.

I have news for you. When you run for office and get elected you are a target for complaints of any kind. This woman has no special rights. She can be insulted in public, called out for her votes and there’s nothing she can legally do about it except resign and enjoy a private life.

@redredred No, you don't get to move the goalposts, this isn't about what the Democrats or the Republicans have done, this is about a man (so-called) sexually harassing a woman. Being a public figure doesn't mean you have to endure sexual harassment from some pig. No, she doesn't have any "special rights" but she does have the right to not be sexually harassed by some random pig, same as any other person. As I stated, call her out for her politics, her stance on abortion, whatever, but leave the sexual harassment out of it and give her the respect due of any elected representative of her constituents...

I realize you may want the world to be in accord with your pet wishes but ANY citizen is free to speak his or her mind on political matters and the little, frail feelings of the politician mean NOTHING.

Bias-Related Crime. which is precisely what this douchebag contravened when shouting the obscenities that he did at Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez, not the political statement but the part about her having a sexy big, Latina booty is against the law, plain and simple and you can deny and deflect all you want, it won't change the facts...
