We create plenty of wealth. It all goes into the same 11 pockets.

Wealth creator avoid progress because progress = enlightenment and enlightenment = thinking for oneself.

@Graylight the bulk of our wealth consists of things like major corporations, seaports, airports, universities, hospitals, interstate highways, waste and water systems and communications.

A market economy creates the wealth used to plan, build and maintain these things.
