Yeah, I'm not expecting that's going to happen anytime soon.
With a tiny handful of exceptions, the GOP is still waiting for someone else to get rid of Trump.
I'd love if if someone did, but realistically, I think announcing won't create instant GOP competition.

Trump will ignore sound political advice and instead announce sooner than later in a lame attempt tp chanmge the narrative - which will be indictments, possibly and very likely including him. He will try to paint the indictments as political rather than criminal. And he will fail. And the fewremaining Republicans who never drank the Kool-aid and the others that think they can inherit his followers will pile on.
