Should Biden seek re-election?

Why and why not?

I'm not American. I think that anyone is better than Trump though I'm not sure what the 'average' US voter thinks. If Biden's USP was that he was the most electable, then does that apply anymore?

He achieved the one objective I was most concerned with, and that was getting trump out of the White House.
Now he should move on and enjoy his retirement.
