How close is USA to civil war?

Serious questions:
Is the US coming close to civil war ?
Canadians; should our government already have a contingency plan and what should that look like ?

@fanuc2013 so what is your point.. I am well aware of what the USAF has for weapons as I was a weapons specialist. Brings up another point. All of the veterans that uncle Sam trained. Could be more even than you think.

@Baremine Could be a whole lot less than you think. It's veterans, not citizens, who are suggesting Flynn be shot for treason.
