@GermanAf The supreme law of the land is the Constitution. The 10th amendment clearly states that if it's not in the Constitution the federal government can't do it. So, you have multiple paths laid out if you want abortion to be an amendment in the Constitution. Well?

@GermanAf The laws are made at the state level. If you want it to be a federal law, that is not what the courts are for. That is what the legislative process and the amendment process is for. Stop being lazy.

@GermanAf These things are going to get worked out at the state level, where they should. If you want them worked out at the federal level, why are you not taking advantage of one of the amendment processes?

Your "experience" appears to be a single example. And while i'm sure there are other examples of generally liberal people being homophobic, the fact is that it is conservatives who not only dislike gays but have actively tried to limit their rights.

@LeopoldBloom fun fact about voting, felons can't do it. Some states will treat abortions as felonies so the doctors and women just straight up get silenced. Land of the shackled and a failed democracy.
